At UltraFocus.co.uk, we aim to provide a smooth return process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
- Refunds exclude postage charges and will be processed within 5-7 working days using the original payment method.
- If we sent you the wrong order, we will cover the return postage costs upon receiving a valid postage receipt.
How to Return an Item?
- Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and select "Returns".
- Fill in the return form to generate a return label or QR code.
- Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at a Royal Mail delivery office, Post Office, or ParcelShop.
- Keep the proof of postage in case we need to track your return.

Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting support@ultrafocus.co.uk.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item once received.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for up to one year after purchase, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition.
- You may exchange for a different prescription or an alternative product of the same value.
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to cover the price difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it or refund your order.
- You must report the issue within 21 days of purchase.
- If returning an incorrect item, send us the postage receipt, and we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Sunglasses & Glasses Returns
- Sunglasses: Refunds or exchanges available within 30 days. Must be unused, in original packaging, with security tags intact.
- Glasses: Full refund or exchange within 30 days. Must be in original condition with case and cleaning cloth included.
