Please ensure your prescription includes:
Full name
Optician's details
Power for each eye (left and right)
Expiry and issue date
No Prescription? No Problem
If you're unable to provide a prescription, we will assume that:
You have a valid and accurate prescription, and
You are ordering the correct lenses based on prior consultation with an eye care professional.

🕒 Shipping & Processing
Once we receive your prescription or confirmation, your order will be processed within 24 hours and tracking details will be sent via email.
